It’s hard to believe this year is almost over, but there is still so much to do before 2026 arrives, like getting through this busy holiday season. As holiday shopping ramps up, so do crimes, especially theft. We want to help you end this year on a good note and make sure the gifts you purchase end up in the right hands.
The Pasco Sheriff’s Office provides holiday shopping safety tips on our news site this month. These tips cover both online and in-person shopping, so you can be safe no matter how you shop. Remember to share these crime prevention tips with your loved ones so they can stay safe this season!

Pasco Sheriff’s Office was honored to host part of Leadership Pasco’s Criminal Justice Day!
Leadership Pasco participants had the chance to engage with various units from PSO and witnessed demonstrations of the specialty units in action, including Aviation, K9, Unmanned Systems Team, Forensics, SWAT and others. Participants gained valuable insights into PSO’s operations, engaged in real-life scenarios and asked deputies questions.
Attendees also met several key figures from the criminal justice system, including judges, prosecutors and Sheriff Chris Nocco. We’re pleased to be involved with this event as it equips leaders from Pasco County organizations and businesses with a deeper understanding of the criminal justice system.
