What to Know From PSO

Pasco Sheriff’s Office deputies are working hard to ensure everyone’s safety, but we need your help. Extra precautions during the holiday season go a long way in ensuring that our community stays safe. Everyone plays a role in preventing crime, including during the busiest shopping and travel times of the year. If you see something suspicious, report it to law enforcement immediately. Pasco Sheriff’s Office frequently receives reports of package theft, especially as we head into the holiday season. Help eliminate the opportunity for package theft by following these tips:

  • Have packages delivered to a community office or a trusted neighbor
  • Install a visible security camera
  • Request curbside or in-store pick-up from retailers
  • Schedule a delivery time when you’re available
  • Use delivery lockers if available near you

Following these safety tips can help reduce your likelihood of becoming a victim.
