Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Richard Wallace, a missing/runaway 16-year-old. Wallace is 5’06”, around 118 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Wallace was last seen on March 18, around 8:55 a.m. in the Genesis Ave. area of Holiday. Wallace was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, red pants, a black/yellow fishing hat and orange shoes.
