Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Ra’Qwan Carmichael a missing/runaway 15-year-old. Carmichael is 5’3”, around 100 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Carmichael was last seen on July 23 around 3 p.m., in the Bathgate Ct. area of New Port Richey. Carmichael was last seen wearing a black hoodie, khaki shorts and black slides.
