Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Kathryn Effron, a missing/runaway 16-year-old. Effron is 5’1”, around 110 lbs., with long brown hair and brown eyes. Effron was last seen on August 2 around 1 p.m., in the Pamela Dr. area of Holiday. Effron was last seen wearing a black and white tank top, ripped blue jeans, gray backpack and white Converse shoes.
