Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Richard Wagner, a missing/endangered 39-year-old. Wagner is 6’4” around 200 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Wagner was last seen on Feb. 13, around 1 p.m., in the Hawthorn Dr. area of Port Richey. Wagner was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with “adult” in black lettering on the front and black tennis shoes. Wagner may be riding an e-bike.
