Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Devon Vishop-Thomas, a missing/runaway 17-year-old. Vishop-Thomas is 5’9”, around 130 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Vishop-Thomas was last seen on June 21 in the Phelps Rd. area of Zephyrhills. Vishop-Thomas was last seen wearing a blue tank top and shorts.
