Update 8/2/2023 5:58 p.m.: Cowens was last seen traveling by ride-share service on Aug. 4 around 3 p.m. in a 2015/2016 white Honda CRV. Cowens may be in the Tampa area, where Cowens requested the ride-share drop Cowens off.
Original Post 8/11/2023 2:48 p.m.: Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Sandra Cowens, a missing/endangered 78-year-old for which a Purple Alert has been issued. Cowens is 5’2” around 200 lbs. with white hair. Cowens was last seen on August 4 around 3:10 p.m., in the 9300 block of SR 54 in Trinity, and may be in the Tampa area. Cowens was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, gray shorts and pink/white socks.
