Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Joseph Cutter, a missing/endangered 76-year-old. Cutter is 6’2” around 230 lbs., with gray hair and hazel eyes. Cutter was last seen on Jan. 3 around 6:30 a.m., in the Arapaho Ct. area of Zephyrhills. Cutter was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black/white flannel shirt, a black/gray jacket and navy shoes.
