Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for Arthur Seay Jr., a missing/endangered 9-year-old. Seay is 4’6” around 80 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Seay was last seen on May 20 around 1:15 p.m., in the Kingtisbury Ct. area of Land O’ Lakes. Seay was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts and white socks.
