Help Solve A Crime | Felony Investigation, Darby

Update: Pasco Sheriff’s Office arrested Yobany Barahona (24) for two counts of Capital Sexual Battery with a minor under 12-years-of-age. On the evening of Feb. 20, Yobany Barahona, a Criminal Illegal Alien, was home with the minor when he forced himself onto the victim. Upon discovery by another individual, the subject fled the location. The victim is safe and receiving the necessary resources. In partnership with the Homeland Security Investigations and United States Customs and Border Patrol, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office immediately began to search for the subject, who they located in the afternoon of Feb. 21 in the Decker Ln. area of Darby. This is an isolated incident, and there is no public safety threat. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.

HELP SOLVE A CRIME: Pasco Sheriff’s deputies are attempting to locate Yobany “Jose” Barahona for information regarding an active felony investigation. Barahona, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, is 5’6” around 140 lbs., and was last seen wearing a white hoodie, gray sweatpants and black Crocs. Barahona was last seen in the evening hours of Feb. 20, in the Decker Ln. area of Darby.
