HELP SOLVE A CRIME: On Aug. 23 around 3 a.m., a tall, thin Black male suspect entered a vehicle located in the 8600 block of Congress St. in Port Richey, and stole a victim’s property. The suspect has a goatee and tattoos on his arms and neck. The suspect was wearing a light colored t-shirt, pants and carrying a black Champion bag across his chest at the time.
