PSO Accredited Through the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation

Pasco Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce that we are once again an accredited law enforcement agency through the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation! The accreditation assessors, comprised of independent members from other law enforcement agencies across the state, commended the way PSO members work together to accomplish their objectives. They also said that PSO members are professional, knowledgeable, forthcoming and well-versed in agency policies and procedures.

The accreditation process included extensive reviews of policies and procedures, ride-alongs and interviews with members at all levels, and equipment inspections.

PSO members, including Colonel Jeff Harrington, were thrilled to accept the accreditation in a recent ceremony, and place a PSO patch on the wall of accredited agencies.
