Community Alert: Suspicious Incident, Odessa

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT: On Dec. 9, around 11:15 a.m., an individual was driving eastbound in the far left lane in the 13200 block of SR 54 in Odessa. They heard a loud bang and discovered the rear passenger window of their vehicle was completely shattered. The individual stated they saw an unknown make or model white sedan drive past them in the middle lane. The driver of the unknown white sedan was described as white person with long hair, holding an unknown black object.
