Community Alert: Suspicious Incident, Land O’ Lakes

Update: Upon further investigation, this incident is unfounded. The alleged incident did not occur.

Original Post: On May 15 around 9:15 a.m., a juvenile on a bicycle reported they were approached by a man wearing a yellow uniform near the intersection of Ballantrae Blvd. and Glenapp Dr. in Land O’ Lakes. The man allegedly got out of an older model fluorescent yellow pickup truck with a topper. The juvenile rode away and reported the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
