Community Alert: Shooting Of A Person, Zephyrhills

Pasco Sheriff’s Office is in the area of Vinson Ave. in Zephyrhills investigating a shooting of a person which resulted in the death of an adult man. Preliminary information indicates that an argument with another adult man led to the shooting. The man who was shot fled on foot and collapsed nearby. First responders arrived at the scene and provided aid, but the man ultimately succumbed to his injuries. This is an isolated incident with all parties accounted for, and there is no public safety threat. The shooting subject is currently cooperating with law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.
