Community Alert: Homicide, Dade City

Update: An arrest has been made for this case. Miguel Angel Hernandez (DOB: 1/12/1990) was arrested for Murder/Homicide Premeditated. This was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public. The investigation remains ongoing. No additional information is available at this time.

PPrePrevious Update: Pasco Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate this homicide. Preliminary information indicates the suspect and victims had previously had an argument, which led to the shooting. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

Original Alert: Pasco Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in the Blanton Rd. area of Dade City, in which an unknown suspect shot three adult men around 9:30 p.m. Two adult men died from their injuries, and one was transported for medical attention. Deputies continue to look for the suspect. We urge anyone with information to contact law enforcement immediately. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available at this time.
